In the table below all currently available versions and modes of administration of EQ-5D can be found. Here you can find for which countries/regions, languages, platforms and modes of administration EQ-5D is available.

You can find countries/regions, languages etc. by typing in one of more words in the Search Box. You can sort the table by clicking on the column headers.

This table is updated every month. Please contact the EuroQol Office if a version (country/region, language or mode of administration) is missing.

Please note that at the moment not all of the new Digital EQ-5D versions are shown as available in the below table. The Office team is working hard to release these versions shortly. Therefore, if you want to use an unavailable Digital EQ-5D version, please select such a version manually in the Available EQ-5D Versions screen of the registration form. After registration, an Office team member will be in contact with more information.
