EuroQol Customer Portal

At EuroQol we are continuously working on making our processes more customer-focused, secure and efficient. We are upgrading to a new customer portal to distribute EQ-5D instruments to our customers. As part of this upgrade, we are migrating customers that have registered for using one or more EQ-5D instruments in the past 3 years to the new EuroQol Customer Portal.

In case you have been migrated, you have received an email with an invite to login to the new portal. Please check your SPAM folder in case you have not received the email you were expecting; Note: initially your requested versions are not available for download in the Customer Portal, as we are currently migrating customers to the new portal.

After Go-Live of the new portal, you will be able to access the EQ-5D instrument(s) in the portal. Here you can also see the status of the registration and get access to other useful resources.

Note: during the migration you are still able to access your EQ-5D instruments in the online repository, with the URL and password that we provided with your registration. After the migration access to the online repository will be closed.
